Sean Ferguson is the Founder and CEO of Firetiger Technologies and is responsible for leading the strategy of the firm and overseeing its client engagements. Sean founded Firetiger to create a more personalized consulting company focused on generating sustainable growth in client organizations.

Firetiger provides management consulting and economic development services to implement financial, strategic, and operational excellence within organizations. Through Firetiger, Sean uses his deep knowledge of strategy, finance, and operations to help clients build organizations that can scale quickly, relocate and expand operations, commercialize advanced technologies, and secure government contracts.

Sean has advised clients across industries including advanced manufacturing, aerospace & defense, AI, semiconductors, and renewable technology. Prior to Firetiger, Sean held leadership roles at Raytheon and Clark Street Associates. Sean holds a Bachelors in Finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
